Only two [2] garage/yard sales are allowed per address in each calendar year. A garage/yard sale consists of two [2] consecuive days or three [3] days on extended national holidays.
Garage/yard sales are subject to the following:
- Inclement weather may extent the period of time to the days lost.
- The merchandise offered for sale shall consist of the resident's personal goods only. New merchandise may not be offered for sale.
- It is illegal to post signs on public utility poles, street signs, traffic signs, trees, and in the public right-of-way.
- All signs are to be removed at the conclusion of each sale.
- This permit must be posted in a conspicuous location where it may be viewed from the street.
- In the event of multi-party or block sales EACH address where goods are offered for sales must have a permit.
- Thursday is the last day for the Garage/Yard Permits to be listed here.
